Copyright Notice
If you believe that material on GamesVing infringes your copyright, you may submit a removal request by email. We review copyright requests in good faith and may remove or restrict access to material when a request includes the required information.
Takedown Request Process
To submit a takedown request, email [email protected] with:
- Your name, organization if applicable, and contact email.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The GamesVing URL where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete Requests
Requests that do not identify the copyrighted work, the page URL, or the requester may be delayed because we need enough detail to review the claim responsibly.
Counter Notices
If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter notice with the page URL, your contact information, and a clear explanation of why the material should be restored. We may request additional information before taking further action.
Repeat Issues
GamesVing may restrict or remove content that repeatedly creates valid copyright concerns. We also reserve the right to reject abusive, fraudulent, or unclear requests.
