Stalker

The Stalker usually appears after the lights flicker. You'll also hear a unique sound before it attacks.

How to beat it: Move carefully around corners and avoid looking directly at the Stalker. Looking at it costs 10 Sanity, so turn your camera away as soon as you notice it.

Headbanger

The Headbanger smashes against hospital windows and stops you from closing the blinds.

How to beat it: Never send it away empty-handed. Hold Coffee, walk up to it, and use the coffee to make it leave peacefully. You can even take a few sips first without affecting the result.

Mass of Eyes

This creepy monster sticks to the ceiling and doesn't move.

How to beat it: Simply avoid looking up when entering rooms where it appears.

Bed Monster

The Bed Monster hides under patient beds. If you step into its red danger zone, it can drag away both you and your patients.

How to beat it: Carry Maple Syrup whenever you're working near infected beds. The monster will grab the syrup instead of attacking.

Potters

Potters hide inside walls and often appear in groups.

How to beat them: Use a Gun, Taser, or Fire Extinguisher to eliminate them before they overwhelm your team.

Tendril

The Tendril can't be defeated with normal weapons.

How to beat it: Follow the surgery instructions shown on your screen. Complete each step correctly to remove the Tendril.

Camera Figure

The Camera Figure appears when a security camera breaks.

How to beat it: Switch to another camera feed immediately and repair the broken camera as quickly as possible.

Listen for Sound Cues

Most monsters give you a warning before they attack. Listen for the Stalker's sound effect and the Headbanger's loud banging so you can react early.

Watch for Flickering Lights

Flickering lights usually mean the Stalker is about to appear. Look away from corners and avoid making eye contact.

Split Up Your Team

If you're playing with others, assign different jobs. One player can complete surgery tasks while another repairs cameras or clears nearby threats.
