Welcome to Blox Fruits! When you first join the game, you spawn on an island with nothing but your fists and a big ocean.
If you are thinking "What do I even do here?" or "Where do I go?", this guide will show you how the game works and how to start playing.
What is Blox Fruits? (The 3 Seas)
In Blox Fruits, you fight bad guys, get cool powers, level up, and travel on boats to new islands. You can use new official Blox Fruits Code to ger rewards as well.
The whole game is split into 3 big worlds called Seas:
- First Sea (Levels 1 to 700): Where you are right now! You learn how to fight, get your first fruit, and learn basic skills.
- Second Sea (Levels 700 to 1500): The middle game. Here you can trade fruits with other players and upgrade your powers.
- Third Sea (Levels 1500 to 2800): The endgame. High-level player fights, giant sea monsters, and big boss raids.
Right now, your only job is simple: hit Level 700 so you can go to the Second Sea!
Step 1: Pick Pirate or Marine
When you join a server, the game asks you to pick a team:
- Pirate: You get Bounty when you beat bosses and players. Pick this if you want to make a pirate crew with friends.
- Marine: You get Honor instead of Bounty. Marine boats are a bit cheaper.
Don't worry about picking the wrong one. You can switch teams for free every time you rejoin the game.
Step 3: Your First 10 Minutes (What to Do)
- Talk to the Quest Guy: Look for the NPC with a yellow
!mark above his head on your starter island. - Take the Quest: Click him and pick the quest to beat 5 bandits.
- Punch Enemies: Walk over to the bandits, click to punch them, finish the quest, and get your free money (Beli) and XP.
- Set Your Spawn Point: Always talk to the Home Point NPC near the dock. If you die or fall into the sea, you will respawn right there.
- Buy a Boat: At Level 10, talk to the Boat Dealer at the dock, spawn the cheap wooden boat, and sail to the next island (the Jungle).
Step 4: The 4 Ways to Fight
You can kill enemies using four different tools:
- Blox Fruits: Eat a fruit to get powers like shooting light beams, freezing people with ice, or turning into a giant.
- Melee: Punching and kicking with martial arts you buy from secret teachers.
- Swords: Slicing enemies with katanas and dual swords.
- Guns: Slingshots and pistols. Mainly used to shoot enemies from far away to make them run at you.
Step 5: How to Spend Your Stat Points (Do Not Mess This Up!)
Every level gives you 3 points. A lot of new players put 1 point into everything. That makes you very weak!
Only put your points into these three:
| Stat | What it does | Should you upgrade it? |
|---|---|---|
| Melee | Gives you more punch damage & more Blue Energy. | Yes (You need energy to run and jump). |
| Defense | Gives you more Green Health. | Yes (Stops you from dying fast). |
| Blox Fruit | Makes your fruit powers hit way harder. | Yes (If you use fruit moves to fight). |
| Sword | Makes your swords hit harder. | Only if you use swords instead of fruit. |
| Gun | Makes guns hit harder. | No (Leave at 1 for now). |
Step 6: 4 Things to Do Before Leaving Sea 1
As you level up on different islands, make sure you do these four things:
- Get an Elemental Fruit: Try to get Light, Ice, or Flame. These fruits give you a shield so normal quest bandits cannot hurt you at all!
- Buy 3 Secret Skills (Level 90): Go to the cave in the Frozen Village to buy Aura (turns your arms black to hit harder), Air Jump (jump in the air), and Flash Step (short teleport).
- Get the Saber Sword (Level 200): Do the secret puzzle on Jungle Island to open the door, beat the Saber boss, and get a legendary sword.
- Reach Level 700: Talk to the Detective at the Prison to do the quest that lets you ride the boat to the Second Sea!
Beginner FAQ (Common Questions)
Q: Why does the ocean hurt me when I swim?
A: When you eat any Blox Fruit, you lose the ability to swim. Touching water will quickly drain your health unless you play as the Shark race. Always use a boat or fly over the water.
Q: What is the best starter fruit for First Sea?
A: Light. It gives you immunity to normal mob hits, high damage, and the fastest flying move in the game to travel between islands.
Q: Can I store a fruit in my backpack to eat later?
A: Yes. If you roll a fruit from the Gacha guy, hold it in your hand and click Store. If you drop it on the ground or leave the game without storing it, it will be lost.
Q: How do I get more money (Beli) fast?
A: Keep taking quests, open silver and gold chests scattered around islands, and defeat bosses like the Gorilla King or Saber Expert whenever they spawn.
Q: What happens if another player kills me?
A: You lose a small amount of Bounty or Honor, but you keep all your items, fruits, and money. After dying to a player, you get 15 minutes of safe PvP protection.
Conclusion:
Starting out in Blox Fruits is all about doing quests, putting stat points into Health and Energy, and getting an elemental fruit like Light or Ice to speed up your farming. Once you grab your core skills at the Frozen Village and hit Level 700, the path to the Second Sea opens up with bigger battles, fruit trading, and endgame power.
