Update 0.5 for Anime Expeditions dropped with the Villain Invasion event, bringing a bunch of new units, cosmetic bundles, quality-of-life tweaks, and codes.

🎁 Active Codes (Claim These Before They Expire!)

Devs usually release codes alongside major updates or maintenance windows, but they often expire quickly—sometimes in just a few days. Redeem these in-game right away via the menu (three dots top-left > Redeem Codes):

Short answer: Yes. Two of them instantly landed in S-Tier.

If you're trying to push late-game content, go all-in on the Villain Banner. Hitting either Dark Mage or Crow will instantly carry your team.

Daily Priority Guide: What Should You Grind First?

When a new event hits, it's easy to get lost in all the menus. If you're playing casually, focus on these steps every day:

1. Max Out Your 75 Villain Chests Daily (Must-Do)

Play non-competitive modes to trigger Villain Hunts. Defeating these villains drops Villain Chests containing Trait Crystals, Villain Coins, and a rare chance at the exclusive Crow Rider skin. You can get up to 75 chests per day—this is the best free-to-play resource farm in the update.

2. Complete the Bounty Board (10/10)

Check the limited Bounty Board daily. You get 10 bounties every day that give you Event Coins. You can also spend gold to reroll bounties if you get an annoying objective.

3. Mass Scrap Your Old Junk

Update 0.5 finally added a mass-scrap feature in the Armory. Go clean out your inventory, scrap your useless low-tier equipment in one click, and hoard those materials for your new S-Tier units!

Are the Robux Bundles Worth It?

The update introduced three Robux bundles ranging from ~1,000 Robux up to ~8,000 Robux.

• Our Verdict: Unless you are a hardcore collector who needs the Aztec Eighth Sword skin, skip the 7,999 Robux bundle. It's way too overpriced.
• If you want to spend Robux, stick to the Battle Pass or basic summoning resources—you'll get much better value for your account progression.

Update 0.5 is a solid update, mostly because Dark Mage and Crow give us legitimate new S-Tier options, and the 75 daily Villain Chests mean free-to-play players can actually stack up a ton of Trait Crystals without opening their wallets.
