The MM2 Summer 2026 update is finally live! Some players thought this update got canceled because the team is working on Season 2, but Nikilis and his devs still dropped a pretty big summer event. We got a brand-new main lobby with a pool slide, a new Pier map with a carnival theme, and a ton of new items to collect.
Whether you want to spend Robux on shop bundles, open crates with event coins, or finish daily quests for free rewards, this guide covers every single item in the update and shows you the exact steps to get them.
1. The Beach Bundle (Shop Item)
If you want to skip the grind and get new gear right away, you can buy the Beach Bundle from the lobby shop menu.
What's Inside:
- Beachy Knife: A cool summer-themed godly knife with an ocean design.
- Sands Gun: A matching gun with a sand style that goes really well with the knife.
- Ocean Effect: A special item effect that wraps your weapon in moving water and floating starfish.
- Custom Elimination Effect: When you kill someone with this effect equipped, water and starfish pop out of their avatar.
Price and Savings Tip:
- Normal Price: 3,399 Robux.
- Cheaper Price: Around 2,700 Robux if you use Roblox Plus. This trick saves you almost 600 Robux!
- Chroma Versions: Buying the bundle gives you a small chance to get the Chroma Beachy knife or Chroma Sands gun. Their water particles change colors automatically.

2. Summer Box 2026 & The Ice Cream Godly
The main box for this update is the Summer Box 2026. You can find it in the shop and open it using event currency.
The Ice Cream Godly Knife
The best item in this box is the Ice Cream Godly knife. The handle looks like a waffle cone with tiny ice cream sandwiches on it, and the blade looks like three scoops of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream. Honestly, it is one of the coolest knife designs in MM2 history! Getting this on your first few tries feels amazing.
Drop Chances:
- Standard Ice Cream Godly: 2% chance (around 1 in every 500 boxes).
- Chroma Ice Cream Godly: 1 in 10,000 chance (only 1 out of every 20 Godlies is a Chroma).
3. Summer Quests & Currency Rules (Free Route)
Unlike older summer updates, there are no beach balls on the map this time. Instead, you just collect normal coins during your games to get Shells.
How Shell Currency Works:
You collect coins during normal rounds, and they automatically turn into Shells when the round ends.
- Daily Coin Limit:
- Collecting 960 coins per day gives you the maximum payout of 120 Shells.
- 120 Shells is enough to open 1 event box every day.
- Weekly Quest Bonuses:
- Finish 6 daily quests to get 120 extra Shells.
- Finish 18 daily quests to get 120 extra Shells.
- Finish 26 daily quests to get another 120 extra Shells.
Free Quest Rewards:
By finishing daily quests, you can unlock four free event items:
- Bubble Blower Toy (Unlocked at 1 Box Opened): A fun toy that lets your avatar blow real bubbles in the lobby or in games.
- Bubbly Effect (Unlocked at 6 Quests Done): Adds a ring of floating bubbles around any knife you hold.
- RC Car Toy (Unlocked at 12 Quests Done): Easily the best free item in the whole update! Using this toy gives you a controller, and you can actually drive a toy car around using your movement keys (W, A, S, D or phone controls). It is super fun to drive around while hiding.
- Nightlife Effect (Unlocked at 20 Quests Done): A legendary effect with bright pink, purple, and blue glowing sparkles around your weapon. (Note: This effect does not have a custom kill animation right now, which looks like a bug that will get fixed soon).
4. How Long It Takes to Grind Everything
If you want to get all the free items without spending any Robux, here is how much time you need to play every day.
